RETURN POLICY
We do not provide pre-paid shipping label. Clients are required to be responsible for the return shipping. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. And Michelle Space will also not reimburse for any amount you paid in shipping charges for the initial delivery of the merchandise.
Please follow the return instructions before returning items:
Notice: Returns must be received within 21 days from shipping date. Michelle Space will reserve the rights to refuse a refund if your returns shipping time is over 21 days limit.

Please refer to the Return Policy to make sure that your return is eligible for a return and simply click the online Return Center. Or please contact our customer service via customercare@MichelleSpace.com to get RMA form and make a return.
TO DO AN EXCHANGE
We do not provide pre-paid shipping label. Clients are required to be responsible for the return shipping and retaining the return tracking number. Michelle Space will not be responsible for loss or damage during in transit or handling.
Please complete your exchange request when booking the return if you would like to make an exchange of order.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your exchange request.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to place the order.
It will takes us 2-3 business days to process your returns when it reaches our facility. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund is issued by us.
Please note that refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account which is depending on your financial institution. Normally, it takes about 2-5 business days to process a refund into your original payment method.
